Due to the nature of our products being predominantly customised and personalised, The Etchery & Co does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final once received.

If there is a fault with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel by emailing theetcheryco@outlook.co.nz

As many of our items are delicate or fragile, damage during transit may occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at theetcheryco@outlook.co.nz
