Shipping Policy

All orders from The Etchery & Co are processed and dispatched as promptly as possible. As most of our items are customised or made to order, please allow appropriate production time before dispatch. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where applicable. Please note that The Etchery & Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, as many of our items are delicate or fragile, we recommend inspecting your parcel upon arrival. If any damage has occurred during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at theetcheryco@outlook.co.nz
