To ensure your custom magnets look their absolute best, please take a moment to review our photo requirements before sending your image.
- High-quality photos only: Clear, bright, and well-lit images work best. Blurry or pixelated photos will result in a lower-quality finish.
- Avoid wide or distant shots: Photos where people are too spread out or far away can make it difficult to capture clear detail in your magnet. Close-up or mid-range images are ideal.
- Cropping and adjustments: We may need to crop or make minor edits to your photo to achieve the best possible result and fit within the magnet design.
- Best results tip: Images taken in natural light, with the subject centered and in focus, give the cleanest and sharpest outcome.

We offer our products in a wide range of colours! While we’re working on the best way to display all options in the online selection menu, please email us either before or after placing your order and we’ll let you know what colours are currently in stock.
If your favourite colour isn’t available — no worries — we can usually order it in for you.

All of our products are made to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for your items to be carefully created. Once completed, your order will be sent via tracked courier and should arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch, depending on courier timeframes and any unforeseen delays.
Materials & Dimensions
Our items are predominantly made from PLA filament, a durable material suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, warping may occur if left in direct sunlight for extended periods.
