Care & Sizing Recommendations
We understand how important it is to keep your beloved companion safe and respectfully cared for.
We recommend leaving your pet’s ashes inside their original plastic bag before placing them into the urn. While our lids are tightly fitting, this provides an extra layer of protection and peace of mind in case of accidental knocks or movement.
If you require a different size, we can customise an urn to suit your needs — just get in touch with us.

We offer our products in a wide range of colours! While we’re working on the best way to display all options in the online selection menu, please email us either before or after placing your order and we’ll let you know what colours are currently in stock.
If your favourite colour isn’t available — no worries — we can usually order it in for you.

All of our products are made to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for your items to be carefully created. Once completed, your order will be sent via tracked courier and should arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch, depending on courier timeframes and any unforeseen delays.
Materials & Dimensions
Our items are predominantly made from PLA filament, a durable material suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, warping may occur if left in direct sunlight for extended periods.
